Sprint Qualifying and Sprint Race Details

On Friday, July 25, the action begins with Sprint Qualifying, setting the grid for the 100 km Sprint Race. The Sprint itself takes place on Saturday, July 26, offering thrilling racing for 19–20 laps, with points awarded to the top eight finishers. However, unlike previous formats, the Sprint results will not influence the starting grid for Sunday’s main Grand Prix. Instead, the traditional Grand Prix Qualifying on Saturday afternoon will determine the grid for the Sunday race.
